After all 12 wave PRs landed, the orchestrator created the mdBook site, the BUILD_NOTES, RESULTS, and VISUAL_TOUR docs, and a README catalog. This PR added 1,462 lines / removed 542.

Follow-up

• Issue #19 — Note: how to read the token / session / cache numbers for this build (closed, addressed by PR #20)
• PR #20 — docs: add measured token math (closes #19), 26 / 2 lines, branch docs/token-math-correction

Both #19 and #20 were created from this same orchestration session (or a short follow-up) — see analysis/schmidhuber-orchestration/data/sessions.tsv for the timestamps.
